
Our Processing & Shipping Policy
This document sets out the shipping policy that applies to customers that make a purchase at The GTT co. If you have any questions, please contact us through our contact us form (this can be found in the header, or at the bottom on the home page).
Order Processing Time
Generally, all orders placed before 2 PM EST, Monday to Thursday start processing the same day, all orders placed after will start processing the next day. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will begin processing the next business day.
Processing time varies between 1-3 days. On average, a order is packaged and shipped within 36 hours.

Shipping Options & Delivery Costs
We offer the following shipping options - you will be asked to select a shipping method at checkout. All delivery costs are set by USPS, which is usually the cheapest delivery carrier.
USPS First Class Shipping:
Packages under 13 oz., typically 3-4 pins
Delivery time varies 1-4 business days**
Delivery to every state in the US
Will be the default shipping for any free shipping promotional running.
USPS Priority Shipping
Delivery time varies 2-3 business days**
Delivery to every state in the US
USPS International First Class Shipping
Packages under 4 lbs.
Delivery time varies 10-13 business days**
Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes
Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We can ship to PO Boxes, but unfortunately, we cannot ship to Military Postal Boxes at this time.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
